Did you fail at your New Year’s resolution to get fit? Maybe you’re ready to get started again and you want to get in shape before summer hits. No matter your reason, you don’t have to dump a ton of cash into getting fit.

Nashville is filled with ways to get fit for free. Here’s a look at some of the best free fitness classes you can enjoy all throughout the Music City.

Verticity

This is an indoor cycling facility and you can get your first ride for free. They allow walk-ins, but they do recommend you register ahead of time.

Nashville Athletic Club

A full-service fitness club offering all types of equipment and ways to get fit, the Nashville Athletic Club offers a free three-day pass. You can enjoy playing basketball, group fitness classes, and so much more.

Neighborhood Barre

A barre workout facility offering a great place to enjoy, they often offer promotions with a free week available for new clients. Sometimes, only the first class is free, but they usually have something to offer for free. They also offer complimentary childcare.

Green Hills Running Club

When you go on the weekly fun runs with the Fleet Feet through the Green Hills Run Club, you can get in shape or free. They meet on Mondays at 6pm at Fleet Feet in the Green Hills neighborhood at 3900 Hillsboro Road. The run route options include three-and-five-mile options for all levels, including walkers.
